Greetings,

Hope all of you have had a chance to take advantage of the great weather.  There has been quite a bit of activity at the site.  Kid’s Camp was a huge success.  A big thank you to Joe and Sheridan and all the helpers.  There has been a lot of activity on the slalom side.  The barbecue is being installed and there has been course maintenance taking place on Fridays.  Please take a minute to read about the proposed By-law change.  It will be talked about again at the September general meeting.  The vote on the change will take place at the October meeting.   Remember that the meeting will be the 2nd Monday because of the Labor Day Holiday.  Although it is only August, we should be thinking about officers, board members and committee chairpersons for next year.  We should try to have a slate for the October meeting.  We have had some more interest in the club.  I have talked to a couple of people who have come to the site to ask questions.  Hopefully they will show up at our meetings.  Hope all of you are having a wonderful summer and I really hope to see you at the site.  Until then, happy skiing.
